They were super. I was very worried when I called them and said I need you right away. They showed up very shortly and at night and fix my cooling issue. This saved all of my food but what was really important were my medicines. The service man was very nice too. I will use them again.
We woke up and went to make breakfast and everything was getting kind of warm in our refrigerator which freak us out. I called and they were very professional and friendly and said they could be out within an hour. They showed up as promised and replace some parts and got it working again. We lost some milk and couple of other little things but the meat in the freezer was still good. Thank you for the great service.
Our refrigerator went out and we had lots of food including nice steaks and seafood in the freezer. When I asked how long before they could get here they were very understanding and said within an hour or so. We had to have some parts replaced but they saved everything and we are very happy.
